Made in China Breakthrough: Large Straw Shredder Powers Agricultural Waste Utilization
China YULIN is a new generation of large-scale straw shredder, developed by a leading Chinese agricultural machinery manufacturer, has recently been launched to the market. Featuring a cylinder-type high-efficiency crushing structure, tractor PTO drive system, and a high capacity of 2.5-30 tons per hour, the machine has quickly gained widespread attention from farmers worldwide, particularly in the European and North American livestock markets.

For years, the disposal of crop straw has been a persistent challenge for farmers. Traditional burning methods not only harm the environment but also waste valuable biomass resources. The launch of this large straw shredder offers an efficient solution for straw resource utilization.
The machine rapidly processes agricultural residues such as rice straw, wheat straw, corn stalks, and hay into soft, fluffy pieces of 10-30 mm, which can be directly used as animal bedding, as well as for composting or feed base. This not only solves the disposal problem but also saves farmers thousands of dollars annually in bedding material costs.
“Farmers in Europe and North America have high standards for animal bedding quality. The fluffy straw produced by our machine is soft and highly absorbent, making it ideal for horse stables, cattle barns, and poultry houses,” said the company’s export manager. “Moving forward, we will continue to optimize our products to meet the needs of more overseas customers.”
